Inline Commenting

Give specific, context-aware feedback directly on the page.

Highlight to Comment: Select any text to open the comment bubble and tag a teammate with '@'.
Threaded Discussions: Keep conversations organized with replies and resolution toggles.
Rich Media Comments: Attach images or sketches to your comments to explain complex ideas visually.
Mobile Support: Reply to comments and view discussion threads directly from the Arka mobile app.
Notification Centre: Stay updated on all new feedback through your personalized workspace notification feed.

Admins can control how feedback is handled on shared content.

Allow Comments Toggle: Enable or disable the commenting feature for a specific note via Share Settings.
Notification Management: Choose how you receive alerts for new comments—via push notifications, email, or your Activity Feed.
History Tracking: Resolved comments are archived so you can revisit the reasoning behind previous decisions.

Provide precise feedback without interrupting the flow:

Select Text: Highlight any sentence or paragraph in the note editor.
Comment: Click the Chat Bubble icon that appears in the floating menu.
Tag Users: Use `@name` to notify a specific team member.
Threads: Click on any existing highlighted area to view and reply to the discussion thread.
Resolve: Once a suggestion is implemented, click 'Resolve' to clean up the canvas.
